Limit Of 2 Pets Per Apartment. 

There is no weight limit. 

Non-Refundable Pet Fee is $300 Per Pet. 

Monthly Pet Rent $25/Pet. 

We also have a bark park for your convenience.

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, or any mixes of these breeds. Small caged animals (Gerbils, Hamsters, etc.) accepted. Reptiles, Birds & Amphibians are not accepted. Fees do not apply for service animals.
